Richard A. Smith - Conflict of Interest:
Richard's ties & sphere of influence to Coldwell Banker Mortgage:
Our homestead was taken and our children were denied their rightful possession of their home at 4127 Cypress Lake Dr. Spring, TX 77388.
How Richard A. Smith Took Our Home:
• 1.) On October 15th 2010, the day Diane, the children's mother died, Richard told me the children & I couldn't stay there because the homestead was in foreclosure.
• 2.) TDTP: Richard A. Smith is a Texas Real Estate Broker who possessors a master-level knowledge of real estate law and statutes especially Texas Homestead Law & Practices. That is how Richard presented himself. And I took his statement "that the children & I couldn't stay" at the homestead as a expert & legally accurate statement of fact. (Richard lied, the children & I had EVERY RIGHT TO STAY THERE TPC###)
• 3.) Richard A. Smith then used his sphere of influence with Coldwell Banker Mortgage (PHH), had his lawyers delay the filing of the Final Inventory of the Probated Will & Estate with the Harris County Probate Court #3 who blatantly disregarded standard court procedure and allowed 3 filing extensions for the Final Inventory, and MANY OTHER PROCEDURAL AND SIGNIFICANT FAILURES TO DO BASIC FACT CHECKING , granted Jeffrey Harris, Richard's Attorney for the Estate of Diane Smith Adamez skillfully manipulated the Harris County Probate Courts staff to accept their filings as legitimate.
• 4.) The Homestead: 4127 Cypress Lake Dr, Spring, TX 77388
I learned the executor (Richard A. Smith) let the homestead fall into foreclosure, and did not inform me a co-borrower of the homeowners foreclosures prevention program that was mailed to the executor - which the mortgage company confirmed to me that it and other correspondence related to the foreclosure had my name on it and said the executor was responsible for notifying me, and they had performed their fiduciary duty by the fact that the statements, foreclosure help program info and notice of impending foreclosure proceedings had my name on the all of the aforementioned documents AFTER the executor notified the mortgage company of the decedents death.

PHH Home Loans is a Subsidiary of Realogy Corp. -->
Sandion Title LLC is a Subsidiary of Realogy Corp. -->
So in essence, Richard's ties to Sandion Title LLC, ties him to Coldwell Banker Mortgage (PHH Home Loans) by virtue of being Subsidiaries of Realogy Corp.
