I am contacting you on behalf of Jennifer Marie Adamez (Female, age 15) and Morgan Elizabeth Adamez (Female, age 14),the minor children to the Estate of Diane S. Adamez, Deceased. Specifically I am contacting you about Jennifer's & Morgan's desire to live with Sharon & Steve in BCS. In my Original Message On Aug 12, 2013, at 3:39 PM, I informed you of the girls desire to attend high school at Klein Collins, and made a request for the estate to "Provide for a temporary residence... (We are basically homeless at the moment)" In another email you responded that the estate would pay for all of the girls school costs - registration, class & curriculum. We then informed you that the girls were registering Monday August 26th at 6:30am at Klein Collins and the we either needed funds to pay for fees or for you to show up and take care of the expenses, as well as provide proof of residency by obtaining housing in the school residency zone. The girls and I waited until 9:00am for anyone from the estate or you to show up. When you did not show up for the girls high school registration, the girls decided that they would move to Bryan to attend high school. I left them at Debs with CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS to call you immediately to tell you of their intent to move to Bryan and attend high school there due to the fact that we are homeless. The girls finally told me why they were sent home. They also told me that you called CPS and a sheriff was going to take them. Richard, the fact is that the girls & I still remain homeless even here in corpus christi. The reason the girls went to Bryan last week is because we are homeless. With have absolutely no cash, no furniture, no nothing. We only have our clothes and the mustang. Now that you have sent the girls away, and back to me, our situation still has not changed. We are still homeless. The girls had requested a second chance to return back to BCS to attend high school there. Since we are homeless it is really the only option available to us. Sharon has told the girls that they are not welcome & recommended that I register them for school in corpus. It has become very clear to me and the minor children that you, as executor and trustee of their estate, are not going to provide any assistance to us regarding our current financial hardship situation in regards to housing. I have told you many times in our correspondence that we are homeless. I will wait until tomorrow, Monday, September 2, 2013 by 12 noon, for your answer regarding our housing situation. If I do not hear from you by tomorrow, Monday, September 2, 2013 by 12 noon, I will be contacting CPS to report the fact that I am unable to provide housing for them and ask to have them placed under temporary foster care, which will trigger a court review and i will submit a Child Caregiver Resource form that will allow me to bring to bring to light your gross negligence regarding the minor children's current financial hardship crisis. The court will appoint an attorney ad litem for the girls and the court may also appoint a guardian ad litem to represent the child’s interests after I plead my case & history to the judge. Richard, I sent an email to you regarding an emergency request on behalf of the minor beneficiaries Morgan and Jennifer.
You or Norma need to be at Klein Collins High School tomorrow morning, Monday August 26th at 6:30 to pay for the girls school registration fees. We are also requesting again the estate, and you as executor and trustee of the estate to provide housing accommodations for the girls, their dogs and myself, their natural legal guardian. The will states that the estate shall provide "as needed, financial assistance to the Guardians, guardian, "person" or anyone raising the girls, to, among other things, assist the Guardians in obtaining appropriate housing accommodations, finance an addition to an existing residence, and provide for the costs of support, medical care, insurance and education for my children." The Spring Lodge is not an option. When we got to Spring Lodge to inquire about staying there the girls & I went to look at the complex and there were "thugs with prison tattoos sitting on the stairs & wouldn't let us pass without walking thru them". It is unacceptable. Let me know as soon as possible what your response is. We expect to see you at the girls registration tomorrow at 6:30am at the main entrance. Jeff Adamez |

You did not address all the children, specifically Jennifer and Morgan's housing situation.
Richard is the executor and trustee of the children & Diane's estate. It is fiduciary duty to make sure the best interest of the interested parties is met. Diane requested, as indicataed in her will , that as needed, financial assistance be provided to the Guardians to, among other things, assist the Guardians in obtaining appropriate housing accomations. Her will also acknowledges that she realized that the responsibility of guardianship may impose a financial hardship on Guardians and she requested the Trustee assist the Guardian in obtaining appropriate housing accommadations. Therefore, as Legal Guardian, I request the following from the estate on behalf of her minor childen:
1-We need to have proper documentation in order to register the girls tomorrow morning at Klein Collins at 6:30 am. I need to provide the school with a lease agreement, electric, water or gas bill, with my name and address of our residence in the Klein Collins attendance area.
The estate needs to furnish housing so that I am able to do that. For now, either an extended stay hotel or an apartment will suffice until we work out a more permanent solution.
The extended stay is Spring Lodge. You can call and rent a room for me the girls & the dogs.

2-As far as school tomorrow, we have a legal responsibility to get her in school. Ricard said the estate would pay for the girls school expenses. Tomorrow morning at 6:30am you will either need to meet us to get the girls registered at Klein Collins as there will be computer lab top, lunch accounts, and extra ciriculum costs. Or you can send funds via Western Union to any Walmart under my name to cover the expenses. Of course, i will provide receipts to the estate.
We are anxiously awaiting to hear from you regarding this matter.
