I have sorted out the health coverage for the four kids and wanted you to know how it is structured.
Courtney’s coverage is with CIGNA and I will pay her premium since she is a legal adult and not in your custody.
Matthew’s coverage and Morgan’s coverage is with CIGNA and, as the custodial parent, you will receive invoices each month for their coverage. I have paid Matthew’s coverage through December 31, 2010 . You will need to pay his monthly premium from now on with the next payment due not later than January 30, 2011 . Morgan’s coverage has been paid through January 31, 2011 . Here are the numbers on their Cigna accounts where you can log in at www.mycigna.com to check their account status.

As I told you in my letter of December 29, 2010, Jen’s insurance is with DHL/COBRA, and I sent you an invoice for her coverage.

P.S. Don’t forget Matthew’s car payment and insurance payment with USAA.
I received a notice in the mail today from CIGNA that Matthew's coverage (Case Number 4511P2) has been terminated because of non-payment. Morgan's is paid through January 31, 2011, but her premium is due not later than February 28, 2011, or else her coverage will also be terminated. I have no idea what your plans are for health insurance for your children, but if you want to continue with CIGNA, you need to contact them at 877-484-5967 and press 0 for a representative.
