Both Coldwell Banker Mortgage AND Coldwell Banker United Realtors are responsible for the loss of my minor children's home -
OUR home that was rightfully and legally ours.
My children lost their mother, and their home - on October 15th, 2010 - all with a timespan of 8 hours.

My girls and I are starting another school year - homeless.
It's not PHH's fault.
It was Richard A. Smith, Founder and CEO of Coldwell Banker United Realtors - "the #8 top producing real estate company in the United States of America. Richard A. Smith, my former father-in-law, grandfather to my FOUR children.
Richard A. Smith's daughter, Diane Smith Adamez, my former spouse & mother of our 4 children, died tragically in a single car accident, on October 15th, 2010.
Diane's Estate, just her probate assets are valued at $500k. Yet, she was behind on her mortgage by 2 months i believe, and her and the children were
going to be evicted just two weeks later, on Nov 1st.
When Diane passed on Oct 15th 2010, her and the children's lived at 4127 Cypress Lake Dr, Spring, TX 77388 - HCAD records show that it had a Homestead Exemption.
That very day, Oct 15th 2010, Richard told me and the children that we had to leave the 4127 Cypress Lake Dr. home, because it was in foreclosure
