Hello Mr Wilson, It has been 10 days since your last communication. You mentioned that you would contact me with a week. I understand that this may be a complex issue, and all that I ask is that you or your team keep me informed of any progress with a simple email notification. If you say you will contact me within a week then please do so. I cannot afford to wait more than a month, or to not be contacted when your company sends automated replies that state I will be contacted within 48 hours. Ms Oliver was professional and kindly did what I asked - just to keep me updated and not left in the dark. Mr Wilson, Ms Oliver, I respectfully request that my case be escalated to a Senior Executive - someone who can provided me with the information and documents I have respectfully and politely requested. This is a serious matter thar has left me and my minor children homeless, one of my minor children is a special needs child. The fact is that the executor of my children's estate is: Coldwell Banker Mortgage / PHH Mortgage Executives works with Coldwell Banker United Realtors, and I believe there is a conflict of interest that needs to be looked into. I am concerned that information regarding my case has been affecting the lenght of time it is taking me to get ANY information or the information I have requested. Ms Oliver - I know you just returned from vacation yesterday - im sure your inbox is full. Mr. Wilson - if you say you will be in touch with me within a week, then please do so. If not, all I ask for is that you keep me updated when you say you are. Pardon me if I am coming across as harsh or angry - I am because I started this inquiry over 6 weeks ago. And to not have any answers after 6 weeks is trting my patience and is quite frankly, unacceptable from a corporation as large as PHH. Sincerely, |
